Defective or Faulty items must be returned to Viking Fight Gear within 14 days of the purchase date. Items that cannot be replaced, a full refund will be offered. A description of Defective or Faulty items are: 1. Broken 2. Incomplete 3. Not functioning 4. Damaged.
Non Defective or Non Faulty items that are not defective or faulty can be returned within 14 days of the purchase date. The goods must be returned in their original packaging. Items can also be returned if the customer has received the wrong item due to the fault of Viking Fight Gear.
HOW TO MAKE A RETURN
No Exchange on Mouth Guards and Groin Protectors Viking Fight Gear ask that you print and fill in the Returns Form below, and return the product in its original condition with its packaging. We will also need a copy of your order confirmation record and goods receipt.
