Within Australia, We have a flat rate of $10.00 for shipping, unless stated otherwise on the item description. For Example Grappling Dummy 63 Kilo

Due to the weight and dimensions of the Grappling Dummies and Punching Bags, You must contact us to get a shipping quote for the above items before making the purchase.

RETURNS

If you wish to return an item simply because you change your mind we will exchange or refund provided you return it within 14 days from the date of purchase, unworn and in its original condition with labels/tickets attached and with our original receipt. This does not apply to mouth guards, groin protectors and swimwear. Sale items will only be exchanged for another size or colour, not refunded provided you return it within 14 days from the date of purchase, unworn and in its original condition with the labels/tickets attached and with our original receipt.  

YOUR RIGHT TO A REFUND OF PURCHASE PRICE

You are entitled to a refund for items you purchase if the item is:

(a) faulty and the fault or defect was not pointed out to you before you purchased it or would not have been apparent to you when you inspected the goods before purchase; or
(b) not 'of merchantable quality', meaning that it is not of the quality that you reasonably expected when you purchased it, bearing in mind the way the item was described to you before your purchase and also the price of the item; or
(c) not fit for its purpose, meaning that the item does not do what you reasonably expected it would,

And you return the item within a reasonable time after purchase and provide us with proof of purchase, such as your original receipt or bank statement. If you do not return the item within a reasonable time, you will not be entitled to a refund of the purchase price but you will be entitled to exchange the goods or have them repaired.

We reserves the right to ask you to demonstrate that you did not cause or create the fault in the item.

If you are entitled to a refund but you would prefer to exchange the item or receive a gift card of equivalent value to the item, We are happy to exchange or give you the gift card instead of a refund

'CHANGE OF MIND POLICY'
​We are not legally obliged to give refunds of the purchase price or gift cards on items, or exchange them, simply because you have changed your mind about the purchase.

However, under our own our 'Change of Mind Policy', if you simply change your mind we do offer a refund, exchange or gift card of value equivalent to the purchase price for most items provided that:

(a) you return the item within 14 days from the date of purchase (or for online purchases, from the date you receive it); and
(b) the item is unworn and in its original condition; and
(c) all original labels and tickets are attached to the item; and
(d) you provide an original tax invoice as proof of purchase; and
(e) sale merchandise will only be exchanged, not refunded.

'Change of Mind Policy' does NOT apply under any circumstances to purchases of the following items:

(a) mouth guards;
(b) groin pads;
(c) swim wear; 
(d) training masks

HOW DO I RETURN SOMETHING I BOUGHT ONLINE  
For online customers, the Returns Policy also applies; however please note the following terms and conditions:

If, for any reason, what you’ve purchased is not suitable we are happy to offer you a refund (or exchange in store only).

You must return any items within 14 days of receiving your order. 
We can only accept returns if items are unworn and in their original condition with labels/tickets attached. 
For hygiene reasons you cannot return mouth guards, groin pads and swim wear
For in store returns you must show your order confirmation email, which acts as your tax invoice
All returns must include your completed return form (included with your order)
All returns must comply with our full Returns Policy

Sale items will only be exchanged in store for another size or colour, not refunded, provided you return it within 14 days from the date of purchase, unworn and in its original condition with the labels/tickets attached and with our original receipt.

We recommend you send your goods back using a trackable delivery service as we do not accept responsibility for items lost in transit. Once we receive your parcel we will process your return and you will receive a confirmation email. Refunds will be credited against your original method of payment, excluding any delivery charges.

CAN I RETURN A GIFT CARD

Gift cards are non-refundable, non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

However, gift cards are valid for a twelve month period and can be used in conjunction with any sale in store. 

Price Matching Policy     

Our price checkers guarantee that we bring you the lowest prices possible every day, and that's a promise. However, if you happen to find a cheaper advertised price on an identical stocked item that's in stock with our competitor -  we'll beat it by 5%.

NB: - Today's price in store or online may be even lower than advertised, as we constantly check our prices to make sure ours are the lowest. Excludes stock liquidations (sale items), customer special orders, contract pricing and competitor clearance products.

Terms and conditions

Competitor's product must be in stock in the required quantities in a retail outlet located in Australia. Product must be identical (e.g. same brand, same model, same colour). Adequate confirmation of competitor's current advertised price required. We will not match clearance, auction sites or warehouse outlets. Competitor’s must have stock on hand and available for delivery however price matching is not available for back orders. Only available within Australia.

What items are excluded from price matching

• Non identical products and services (inclusive of non identical warranties)
• Package deals and bundles
• Cash back and coupon offers
• Resellers
• Customer special orders
• Contract Pricing
• Competitor clearance products

MMA Factory reserves the right to limit the quantity of products available for price-matching at its discretion. Price matching does not extend to resellers.

How do I make a price match claim?

To make a price match claim, you can visit MMA Factory in store or email us and provide sufficient evidence of the lower price in the form of a current catalogue or other written advertising material. If the lower price needs further confirmation, a team member in store will contact the retail competitor to confirm the advertised price.

When can I request a price promise?

We can only price match items prior to purchase, in-store and online and with a team member. The agreed price match is only available on the same day, time and location that it is offered and verified.
